Basically, he looks in the sky on "safe" long distance and spawns props so they fall on people's heads and try to kill them. In one of the pictures he spawned fences and almost killed me.

I see. Sadly my F buttons only work if you press FN key, which takes some time and aim with mouse before it can be pressed, which is why I couldn't take good screenshots. Sadly this fella' is going to get away with it. I don't have any proof of him spawning those props.
