When I build something on the build sever and save it to the advanced duplicator, I go to fearless website and click Character then manage advanced dupes and it says No Dupes Found. I have saved it all correctly I don't know why its not working.

This might have to do with the dupe transfer bug I noticed some days ago. Try and contact one of the developpers if this is still a problem.
