Error Reliable Snapshot overflow And Buffer overflow!!!!

Ok i realized something which happens to be the biggest piss take on this sever... Basically everytime i decide to join the server it WILL ALWAYS i repeat ALWAYS comes up as Either Error Reliable or Bufferoverflow. Even with about 20players on this message will constantly come up. People say its because someones either spawned too many props or is downloading porn, but it is obvious that it couldnt be that because even if the server has literally just crashed (Which it does like constantly aswell) and players start joining it still won't let me on.... Is there anyway of fixing this problem or at best find a soloution?

We're all getting 'Buffer Overflow' and 'Snapshot Overflow' messages. The server's a bit unstable.

All you can really do is keep trying to join.

Reliable Snapshot -> There are too many props spawned that the gmod engine can't hold, spawned not only by players but also the huge rp_evocity_v2d has a role in it.

Buffer Overflow -> Too many voice chats to load while joining..
