Donation problem

I am trying to donate for my friend Jan, but donation page doesn't recognize his name or SteamID. I have tried other names too, but the page doesn't recognize them.

Also SteamID finder ( http://www.fearlessrp.net/misc.php?page=steamid ) doesn't find players when I try searching their names.

Is this a common problem for everyone or just me?

Finding SteamID is fine, I used status to get Jan's SteamID, that is not a problem.
Only problem is the donating. I made the thread because I do not have him as a friend on Steam.
