I bought the donator statues just today (like 15min) ago and i did not get the money or the statues.
A guy told me to contact here. Thank you for reading.

Yeah you should PM SoulRipper. He will manually handle your donation for you, I guess he'll either respond to this or you can message him through the forum.

Go to Paypal and click on the transaction a lot of details will pop up
one of those is the transaction code. I am having the same issue. I just donated and didnt receive the donator status, have been waiting for some time now. TransactionID: 4DX53372MG167494C SteamID: STEAM_0:1:40959460

There was a small problem with the donate page, I've fixed the bug causing it.
I've manually given the packages. Please let me know if it works.
