Summary: I didnt get evidence for this but as a taxi driver he steals mt tides bus i was using to haul rebels in and Says /advert Need a taxi Look for the Blue tides bus with seats.... But then I got it back tole him hes not allowed on my bus because i started Bus RP and he became a bum. I wanted some Defence weapons so i bought some crowbars. I sayd Get on my bus again as i bought the crowbars and he says I SHOULD PUNCH YOU... Then Says it was a threat a it was and Then Hits me and runs away... I have video For the Punchwhore but not fail RP so.. Im getting it up now...

In the first plase you're not allowed to modify cars. And i think he tried to roleplay the punching but it's still fail. If i see someone punching around i pull them up to the roof and give them a warning. If i see him again it's a ban. Same for this case , Another fail of him will lead to a ban. Denied.
