Hello.
If u are reading this Text, that means that i am Dead or i took Refugee to Somewhere.
Why?, i was one of the Leading Scientists group under Nexus,  we were Experimanting on Humans.
We were.... adding Alien Genetics to them....it was... horrible....
And this happened....One of subjects was ..... Changing ...to real Alien......
I was done then, so I ran out of Laboratory and went to my car, I drove to my House at Lake and hide there.
But soon after SRU Came in and Tied me up...

Hello! As you would understand from the File, under Nexus there were Experiments on Humans, So i wanted to do an Event about the Experiments going out of Control,It'd would be good because Evo City people would understand the Danger of Experimenting on people.. same with President who Takes A part in that, There will be ranks for People.
