Thread Title: Report: TripleMaster

Summary: I was roleplaying as a Paramedic to test out the new ambulance when I noticed in OOC he started typing stuff like "OOC: President can i please see my friend in a jails" (Evidence down below)
Then he ran to nexus after being shot by an officer there about 5 minutes ago for not listening to him under gunpoint or something like that, so the SRU shot him because he did the same thing again, he then repeated stuff the goverment team had said over OOC like "HAHA LOL META YOU NOOB - TripleMaster"
I got about 3 screenshots of him in total, one for the OOC Chatting meant for Ingame, one when he ran back to his previous deathpoint (Nexus), and one where he uses his steam name ingame instead of using soemthing realistic like Ben Sloclome (Example from the servers haha).
