Missing all new content textures.

Recently my Garry's Mod has been messing up, it started with it being unable to sync to cloud. Now everything that has been added in the most recent updates I cannot see, they are missing textures and errors signs.

- SWAT Van has missing textured windows
- Briefcase has a missing texture
- Police and SWAT are errors (Only after I re-installed Garry's Mod)
- new Ambulance is a massive missing texture that covers most of my screen

I have attempted re-installing my Garry's Mod, enabling all content files to be downloaded, I have all 3 content packs along with material fixes and Fausties workshop items. Non of these have fixed my problem, and re-installing my Garry's Mod only had things worse as I cannot see police models any more either. I have had this issue for a while now (since the new briefcase model) and I have asked around, no one seems to know a fix to my issue.

Notes: (Maybe useful)
- Garry's Mod is installed on another HDD than my actual steam.
- Every time when I launch Garry's Mod is says it is unable to sync to cloud.
- I am unable to take screenshots in any steam game any more.
- I have lowered and reverted back my settings.

Honestly, I have attempted researching the problem for a few hours (in total) and I have tried everything with no luck. If you know a solution please post it as any information/possible fixes will help me out a lot.

Where do you subscribe to that Evocity Downloads fix & Also. The FL Content Pack 3 does not show for me too when I have subscribed to it, Lastly the Missing texture around the border also happens to me. It normally happens have I have switched from the v2d server to v33x or the otherway round.

I believe they just downloaded when I joined the server again.

I have managed to fix this issue by re-installing Steam onto my HDD that had my games installed on it. This thread can be closed now as the issue has been solved.

Fix:
If anyone is having the same issue as what I had you might need to re-install Steam or if you have another hard drive with your games on, install Steam on that HDD instead.

The fact that steam and games is on different drives shouldnt be a problem, but it's still good you found a fix

This only happens to me when I join with the 'Don't allow any custom files' option chosen.
Which can be changed in Options > Multiplayer.

However looking at the screenshots, I don't think that would have been the problem anyway.

That's what I thought as well, but after doing that it has fixed my issue. So I am assuming that is the thing that fixed it.

If you haven't fixed the VCMod lights, I had this problem when I changed the settings on Garry's Mod, if you go to your settings and make sure that when you join the server it downloads the content meaning it will download the VCMod client side files you are missing. Hope this helps, good luck!
