Vortec Logistics Enterprise is a company founded by a group of entrepreneurs, looking to bring out the best of the world.
Vortec Logistics Enterprise uses state of the art technologies to unlock new levels and divisions to security and research done to optimize our areas of expertise, used to bring a more effective service to the public.
Our company has overcome mass' amounts of developments, expanding and researching new departments, all containing highly trained and skilled individuals with life dedicated ambitions to make a difference to the well being of the 21st century.

'Upping the Ranks' Vortec have now reached our goal of having at least four working divisions with at least one management and employee in each of them. 

'Dominating the Terrain' Vortec now have at least four sectors within EvoCity and it's outskirts

'Tree Huggers' Vortec have officially developed EvoCity's first monorail with use of electromagnetic energy produced by high specification Solar Array's, covering every corner of the city and its outskirts.

'Only the best survive' Vortec now have at least 5 fully trained security agents within their recruitment agency.

GENERAL VORTEC LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE RANKING SYSTEM
- C.E.O - Chief Executive Officer
This is the overall highest ranking management officer through out the company.  All finalization is signed off by this ranked individual and anything that is not approved, is then pushed back to the drawing board for improvements and retesting. Other divisions such as: C.O.O, C.S.O, C.F.O and Advisory ranks report to this rank with any high priority reports, issues and progress reports. [Default: Clearance: 5][High Priority Override Clearance]
- C.O.O - Chief Operations Officer
This rank is the second highest rank of the management sector, overseeing all branches of specialized divisions, maintaining organization, work quality assessment and personal development assessments and assuring constant division development and maintenance through out the company.  All head of a specialized divisions managers report to this rank with any issues and progress updates. [Default: Clearance: 5]
- C.F.O - Chief Financial Officer
This rank has the responsibility of verifying all financial issues and requests from the specialized divisions and the overall costings of the company. All verified paperwork is then pushed up to the C.E.O for finalization for quality assurance checks. [Default Clearance: 4]
- Advisory Personnel
This important role oversees all changes/decisions and implementations that are being made and makes sure everything is optimized to the policy standards.  This rank also makes suggestions to all higher ranks to make changes to the company structure to help make it work most effectively in all sectors. [Default Clearance: 4]

VORTEC LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE - RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DIVISION


[Involved with all alternative divisions - Using intelligence to research and develop them]
- Head of Department (Research & Development)
This rank oversees its specific division and makes sure all work is finalized and ready to be used in other sectors.  This rank is the highest of its division and has the responsibility of managing its own finances; any investments either come from its individual finances banking or requested from the company C.F.O [Default Clearance: 4 When Granted] [Division Override Privileges]
- Department Management Personal (Research & Development)
This rank handles all of the administration of the division and also some of the official paperwork.  This rank comes with the responsibility of keeping all of the lower ranks organized and takes care of quality assurance.  Within this sector, management answer to HoD, C.O.O and C.E.O when the occasion comes. [Default Clearance: 3]
- Intelligence Research & Development Officer
This is a specialized rank which works purely on development  and researching way to move the company forward applying all of their research and passing them on to all alternative branches; to make sure all sectors are equally informed.  This per-say, this the hub sector to develop all additional branches. The role also holds the responsibility to train the recruits [Default Clearance: 2]
- Research & Development (In Training)
This is the lowest rank of the division and all new recruits will all start at the this level.  We look for people are a prepared to get organized and have an open mind set to learn new things 'You carry the responsibility to maintain the future of this company'.  You to start here We are looking for loyal, dedicated fresh mind & intelligent minds and always raring to work [Default Clearance: 1]

VORTEC LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE - SECURITY DIVISION

- C.S.O - Chief Security Officer
This is the highest ranking security officer.  All orders are given from this rank in all situations.  If this rank is not ready available to to give orders, the next command then takes the responsibility.  This is the role for a true leader, the individual that holds this rank is known as a veteran and has experienced it all. Discipline, Order and Strength and of course Professional. [Default Clearance: 3 - 4 when granted]

- S.O - Security Officer 
This is the second highest rank within the security division.  When the Chief is not available, all orders to be given are transferred to this rank.  When the supervising officer is however, on patrol - all orders are passed down to this rank to then be process and passed on to the lower ranks.  This Officers has climbed the ranks and proved his position and loyalty.  Experience and order is key. This rank is also responsible for training the new recruits putting them through a number of assessments to prove their position as a Security Agent [Default Clearance: 3]

- S.A - Security Agent
This rank is the main rank you will be based at when working in the security division, however all candidates have a chance to develop themselves to a commanding rank if they obtain the traits we are looking for.  Agents are expected to influence lower ranks and help them perform to the best of their ability, passing on their knowledge to forge effective team work.  All trainee's migrate to this rank when they have finished their training. [Default Clearance: 2]

- S.T - Security Trainee
This is the lowest security rank there is.  All new recruits begin there training as this level of clearance and and begin their training.  For this division, we look for discipline, punctual, professional and intelligence. [Default Clearance: 1]


VORTEC LOGISTICS ENTERPRISE - ENGINEERING DIVISION

[Ensuring the the cities progression and effective use of precision technology]
- Head of Department (Engineering)
The very highest rank within the Engineering Division and manages internal paperwork and acts as HR for the specific sector.  Managing Recruitment, Promotions and Demotions when necessary.  The highest and most respected rank with its division. [Default Clearance Level: 4]

- Department Management Personal
The second highest rank within the division, does the most planning and processing for work to be completed and passed down to the labor workers.  Along side that, this rank makes sure all H&E Standards are in place for the specific sector and is responsible for any injuries or external problems [Default Clearance Level: 4]

- Masters Precision Engineer
This is a more specialized and more respected rank within this division.  More specialized and higher spec' project will be passed onto this rank and will be turned too if something needs doing most effectively or requires the highest amount of detail. [Default Clearance Level: 3]

- Qualified General Engineer
When you are promoted from an apprentice, you then become qualified and migrate to this rank.  This rank will be the setting stone for most employees, unless they shine out from the rest of the crowed and we feel we should promote them to a more specialized rank. [Default Clearance Level: 2]

- Engineering Apprentice
This is the starting grounds within the Engineering Sector.  This is the rank you begin with by default when accepted into to this field of work.  You are trained by your superior to then move up to the next rank and become qualified to get things done on your own (Getting independent) [Default Clearance Level: 1]

- Head of Department (Marketing)
This is the very highest rank within its division and all finalization comes to this personal.  The rank manages all internal paperwork and acts as HR for the specific sector.  Managing Recruitment, Promotions and Demotions when necessary.  The highest and most respected rank with its division. The second highest rank within this division.  Working with extra responsibility, managing all constrains within the sector and dealing with customer issues and complaints.  This is professional and social role which requires a very organized and strong team leader.  [Default Clearance Level: 4]

This is a more respected rank within the division and know to be the most professional.  With this opens more responsibility to help alter and improve stores as you wish however still working standard hours and with your team of employees [Default Clearance Level: 3]

- Marketing Employee
The is the setting stone within the division where most employees will stand, unless proven themselves to be working within a higher level, from which you may be promoted for a second time.  However, this is a permanent position within the division and you will continue your work for the company on an independent level.  Employees also have the chance to help improve stores by altering the layout their interiors whenever they are instructed to. [Default Clearance Level: 2]

- Marketing Apprentice
This is the starting rank when accepted into this sector and known a temporal placement for you to improve your specialized skills.  Here you will do standard shop floor work and provide a good service in the name of out company.  If we think you have developed yourself well, you could possibly be promoted to a permanent position [Default Clearance Level: 1]

CLEARANCE LEVEL 1
This is standard level of security, all area's within the company's private facilities all have at least a level 1 clearance to ensure privacy policy's are met.
Person(s) with a level 1 clearance can only grant clearance equal to their rank and specified clearance standards.  These are places with granted H&E Legislation's and valid Standards which verifies a guaranteed safety for outside parties where the qualifications and skill levels required.

This is heighten levels of security  where person(s) need a correct level of training to enter or gain access to a specification location or information.
Forum access will be granted at this level security, however many projects will remain confidential unless high ranks permit access to their level on security for a temporary period of time. Person(s) with level 2 clearance can only grant security privileges to a level 1 clearance.

CLEARANCE LEVEL 3
These are commanding levels of clearance, used to gain the access to the use of command over the lower ranked individuals.  This levels of security also grants the resources needed to train lower ranked employees in that specific area of expertise.  Low priority project are disclosed at this level giving more insight to verified plans and development process' due.  The clearance grants access to most areas on a formal bases however testing labs of a clearance level of 4 will remain restricted to this personal. Person(s) who obtain a clearance level of level three can grant up to level 2 security privileges.

This level of security is granted to the Supervisors and Management of the company.  This grants access to low and high priority projects which are highly confidential.  This is to allow for risk and quality assessments an all areas on the organization making sure all services are effective and a safe place to work.  All individuals with access to this level has the responsibility to make sure all H&E Standards are kept organized and up to date for the well being of employees.  Person(s) who obtain this level of security can grant up to level 3 security privileges.

CLEARANCE LEVEL 5
Level 5 Clearance is overall the highest security which deals with all finalization and completion of intelligence, projects and H&E Standard, along with H&S Inspections.
This security level has rights to override systems in place only in ultra high priority situations, in order to keep balance and organization. Person(s) who obtain this level of security are able to grant security priorities up to level 3 (Level 4 in high priorities)

Conduct within the organization...

Upon applying your ID badges are are expected to withhold a high level of conduct to present Vortec Logistics Enterprise within a professional and presentable manner.
- Follow all specified rules within the server.
- You must follow orders given from your superior 'Officers'.
- The used weapon is referenced from the priority number; use of weapon grades above the specified priority call will result in weapon suspension. 
- You must only walk within areas you have clearance for.  Entering private locations above your security level is of zero tolerance
- You must not kill individuals unless they are strongly opposing a threat to the company or contract.
- You must not display weapons without clearance and without a priority call.
- Do no display strong actions to the public without orders given.
- You must act mature when displaying yourself to the public
- You must address people professionally when speaking to the public, client and superiors
- Use common sense in all situations
