Well, I am trying to delete quite a lot of dupes I have the same for the v33x server, but I can't due to when I go to my character on the forums and click Manage Dupes. It says I have no dupes, when I do?

Then what is the purpose of the build server if we can't transfer dupes?

Most people can use them, but for example i cant use it from day 1. I got 436h and i still cant use them.
