Seeing as this case is still open I would like to add some points of interest as I was involved, seen below:

We had been receiving many requests from Markus about the Corleone which prompted me to make a pass of the building in my vehicle. Upon doing so I too clearly saw at least one armed individual. I circled around past the Nexus and by this time I made my second pass Venom had taken cover behind his vehicle with his weapon drawn and other officers were pulling on scene. While requesting SWAT backup an officer (I believe Venom) was yelling for them to come out. If you notice in the picture posted the window is blocked off, this was not originally the case when we first pulled up on scene. While ordering them to come outside someone put the prop up to block the window and I'm assuming this is around the time all the Corleone holstered their weapons before finally opening the door and deciding to cooperate.
