Administrators are able to switch playermodels of themselves or other people upon request, for RP purposes.
There is no difference between him wearing civilian clothing and wearing a suit, merely aesthetics for his RP. Detectives do not always wear suits and there is nothing that says he cannot change his model to fit his role-play.
Also, can I request that the initial 41 minute video posted by Mathias_ be reuploaded, as I saw that that video was deleted and these videos were reposted in segments that took out certain parts of the incident as well as conversations that occurred over TeamSpeak.
