Special Containment Procedures: SCP-42069 (and SCP-42069-1 'The Minge') are to be held in separate secure garage and cells respectively.
The vehicle is not to be driven by SCP-42069-1 under any circumstances, otherwise it will enter it's "minge mode" and must be contained via means of Procedure 11-12-A "The Admins". Both SCP-42069 and SCP-42069-1 may only be accessed by personnel with level 4/200 level personnel.
SCP-42069 is to be housed in a standard-size garage, made out of concrete erected at Site 69. SCP-42069's garage is to be guarded by no more than two (2) Level 2 Security Personnel armed with [DESIGNATION:BANHAMMER]s at all times. SCP-42069 is to be cleaned by a team of D-Class personnel on a bi-weekly basis.
The keys for SCP-42069 (SCP-42069-2) are to be stored in a locked safe on Site 420 - accessible only by level 4/200 personnel. It is to retain at least two (2) security personnel.
SCP-42069-1 "The Minge" is to be held in a Class-E containment cell, guarded by no less than two (2) admins security personnel. SCP-42069-1 is to be given contact with at least one (1) admin daily, and given at least one (1) blacklist or ban daily.
Description: SCP-42069 is a red car resembling a Golf VW. It can be driven normally by anyone, however once SCP-42069-1 inserts SCP-42069-2 into the ignition and starts the car, SCP-42069 begins it's minge phase.
During it's minge phase, SCP-42069 will begin to fly in circles and generally uncontrollably, killing anyone it hits and heavily damaging vehicles, however nothing else seems to be damaged. It's unknown how this occurs.
SCP-42069-1 is a humanoid, believed to be sentient who seems only incapable of speaking in broken-up English, and constantly wants to hurt people, and gain money/items in any way possible. SCP-42069 can change the way it looks, including clothes, but this is not at will.
SCP-42069-2 is a set of Golf car keys that, when inserted into SCP-42069's ignition and turned will begin the car, if used by any humanoid other than SCP-42069-1. However, when SCP-42069-1 enters the vehicle and inserts SCP-42069-2 SCP-42069 will enter it's "minge" phase."
