Summary: Nighthawkd was getting arrested and you can see him blatantly breaking fearRP with a tazer on him and then running over to his friend which had a gun.



He clearly knew he was under fearRP and even turns around to look at him multiple times and can see he has a tazer pointed at him.

You can clearly see its him because he gets tazed and you can see the radio come up with his name.

Ok. For one: When I was tazed the first time I heard him walk away from me because I was knocked out. I got up and there was no one around me so I started to run away towards where my base was. After I was a good bit away I did turn around to see where they were. Tehy were not close enough to constitute me being under fearRP. As my friend grew closer I yelled "Help!" Once I had done that and he had his gun out the whole time Danman finally yelled "Stop!"

You can clearly see you facing him multiple times, including right after you got tazed you where facing him and could clearly see the tazer. This is clear breakage of fearRP.

But you knew I was chasing you and yelling stop. I tazed you before and you got back up. If I had a tazer before what makes you think I would put it away?

Again, I never saw the tazer again UNTIL i was near Theo who had a gun out and pointed.
