Summary:During the time mentioned, the President dictated that cars were banned from the city. A checkpoint was created in the City Tunnel to control the traffic. Player MoonGoat deliberatly started to ram Isseii Kunnn's car, in order to force his entry on the city. As seen in the images below, this player, despite the warning of his rule breakage, he kept ignoring, and proceeded to ram again, with no sucess due to the barried beeing lowered.
