Summary: I as the police was checking up on the apartment buildings around the city. When I come to Skeletor's house, I find two doors that are prop blocked, suspecting that there was contraband in there. So I ask Ron Burgandy (his alias) and he denies my request of opening up the two doors to let me check in. So then I leave. Later, I come back and he's still prop blocking the place, but this time his outside door is locked. I knock on the door for about 5 minutes and he didn't open. When he did open up, he left the apartment and prop blocked me in there. After all this prop blocking which persisted for about 10-15 minutes, he finally deleted the props and I confiscated his contraband.
Evidence: He used at least 10 items to prop block doors and contraband. He used barricades, gates, cabinets, etc.
