Summary: This includes ME: MrBon and Sammijammi.  A GunDealer(groot) and Chef(bass slut) both armed and the players involved with the killing of a police officer (didn't catch the players name). After chasing them into izzies palace, the gun dealer opened fire which gave us the ok to engage, so we sent a warrant and concussion grenaded into the building only to find a large amount of props welded into the air. We took fire from a chef also (he was accused of killing the police officer) They did not deny killing the police officer, only saying it was for "giggles". A lot of player disrespect came after that in OOC.   
Would expect more from someone with over 300hours.

Firstly to the main offender (Bass Slut (Steam_0:1:39527829))

Firstly, after the situation, player disrespect became his main offence. Insulting me and giving me the 'loser test' when I stated the rules to him of which he broke many.

Which states: 'You cant raid as a doctor, chef, gun dealer, BMD, taxi driver or security guard for any of these jobs you cannot base with rebels, corleones or any other group of specific people. Do not make a contra base as any of these jobs as the purpose of these jobs is to provide a service for the city, not lock themselves in a room and contra whore.' 

Though no contra was found within the base, it was clear that a chef and gun dealer were basing together, though this screenshot is slightly obscured, you can clearly see the chef hat above the DJ booth in the first picture and immediately after in the second, a blood splatter is on the wall, certifying that a player is there and wounded.

Admitting to RDM for 'Giggles'

NOTE: Groot can be seen admitting to having weed as a gun dealer. Giving this as a possible reason for the RDM, though changing his mind and saying that the cop was one of them and shooting him for giggles which is in direct violation of Job Rule #7, again.

Overall, I would like to share a picture of the scoreboard to show the hours that the players had, noting that Groot has over 300.

Never broke NLR, I was just aimlessly walking around didn't attempt to go back to the club, and there was no base we were going to do a Night Club RP and were setting up when he was just messing with props, no real construction, so its not like you couldn't get up there or it was part of the building. The cop was our friend who was checking the place when we got into a shootout, we ended up gunning him down, the police officer wants to stay out of this whole mess, but again the worst thing here is player disrespect and the insane amount of time that you spent trying to get people banned from a gun fight that was resolved when you shot and killed both of us. There was no other players harmed besides you are you battering rammed my door at which point I'm pretty sure I can fight back. Just to recap just in-case there are some illiterate people, cop is our friend, actually a family member of mine that was checking our nightclub and push came to shove and we had a gun fight which ended with him dying.

P.S. The amount of time you put into this is just insane for a gun fight which resulted in nothing except tension in chat is crazy lel, I would understand if we continued to RDM or started FailRping but really, you gals need to calm down and play your $10 game.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player Bass Slut was found violating rules regarding Propminging, failrp, and Insulting players in OOC. Player Groot was found violating rules regarding Propminging and failrp. Treating other players with this kind of disrespect is not tolerated on our servers.
