Gtx 960 or 970

Wink
Currently I have an ~approximately 2 year old gtx 650 ti and it lags when I play new games on high (gta v). I want to buy a new graphics card that'll be able to run most new games on high (preferably very high) without lagging. I also want the graphics card to able to last for at least 2 years (be able to play on at least medium without lag). So should I get the gtx 960 or 970? And what brand should I get (asus, msi, gigabyte, etc.)?

If money is not a problem, Gtx 970.

I have Gigabyte, and I like it. Although MSI is another great option.

OK thanks for all replies! I think I'll save some money and buy the gtx 970 in a couple of months.

960 Runs gta 5 quite well though, even on high settings
You can obviously not max it out with 1080p 60fps, but as far as I know gta 5 is quite well optimized
Benchmarks on quite a lot of games look to be pretty good, some games can be maxed out, but toning down some settings can't be too big of an issue
Looking into putting a 960 in a new build myself
