Summary: Accused player WHY U HEFF 2 B MAD?  (STEAM_0:0:57217066)  violated general rule 3. Myself and some other SRU's and a cop were told to stop a certain vehicle due to him speeding, he drove past the nexus and a cop car rammed him into the wall, we all pointed our guns at him and he refused to get out of the car (Breaking FearRP as well), after about 30 seconds he then disconnected.
