Summary:
While I was the president's security guard I looked out the window and noticed some mingery going on in the streets. Therefore, I took out the camera and zoomed in.
I saw quite a few players playing around a fire. Burning props, standing in it, etc. But then a security guard ran in, spawned a door (seems to be the prop 'models/props_c17/door01_left.mdl') and made players and props alike fly in all directions.
Since I had no way of seeing the name of the players, the obvious suspects are the security guards - unique 3 TEARS and E3D.
Evidence:

(00:04 - 00:10): we see the accused punching while inside the fire
(00:15): the accused spawns a door prop - most likely 'models/props_c17/door01_left.mdl'
(00:17 - 00:24): we see the accused spin the aforementioned door prop around, knocking back and possibly injuring players
(00:23): a quick view of the player list
