Summary: So i see 2 gentlemen, (him and his friend) stand for the door of Bualock, who just had to replace his contra because of random raiding cops, as he is still home they leave and their car gets stolen, as i tell them i know where it is they ask me where.
Then they see Bualock drive off and they say ''We'll get it later'' i continue and (get armed for my role already) then i hear them load their guns, as i get up a little bit, one of them blocks the stair so the other one can raid, i'm not sure if it was Humper but he played a role in it anyway.
So as i get in the apparments as i hear explosions i ask whats going on, then he says ''get down'' and pulls a lockpick, as i saw the other guy being armed i pulled a famas, then Humper pulls out a handgun and opens fire, i fire back and he dies, then his other citizen friend killed me.
After i respawn i see a citizen walk straight back there, as i follow him to see if it's him again he again blocks the stair, so i just took a ss.

I know I am not involved in this but correct me if I am wrong, in the last paragraph you admitted to breaking the new life rule your self. Also just to add you said "as i saw the other guy being armed i pulled a famas". If you seen the man with a weapon (In real life) you would not try to be a hero (especially when you are a criminal you do not fight crime you commit crime xD) you run away or do what he says if the gun is pointed at you.

If you see someone breaking the rules, try to warn them or contact an admin. Do not take the situation into your own hands. - General Rule 10 (NLR part)

The man was armed indeed, but i never said he was looking towards me, he was continuing destroying contraband.

I didn't take it in my own hands, i just got evidence and backed off.

Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player (Humperdinck, STEAM_0:1:60071497 ) & (Buters, STEAM_0:1:101493084) was found violating rules regarding FailRP and NLR Violations.
