Title of Bug: Advance Dupe Transferring

Description: I built a cafe on the build server for the passive RP event and I saved it. I tried to go and the forums to transfer it but the forums say there isn't any dupes when I have double checked there is.

Ow, when i used it, i copied something for 33x to build. No problems for me. It may just be a bug.
