The S.I.A is like the C.I.A and stands for State Informing Agency.It spies on criminals,corleones,rebels and any suspicious groups and tells everything to the goverment.Me mr.potato is the leader so if you wanna join then just ask me!

Take a look at some of the other clan threads, this definitely needs work. Try adding a backstory, graphics and more items, get ideas by looking at other clan threads.
