Problem with the dupes:
I built inside the building server , and after I tried to move the building to V3x. after I could move I put the dupe and that started to count the percentages and stopped at 10 percent. so what i need to do that not working!

The servers are being worked on and moved over, this could be causing a transfer issue.

Give it time for the staff to work on the server and get it up and properly running, everything should be okay then.

I don't think it's to do with above issues. It seems to me what you have done is saved the dupe before it got the chance to fully load up after you copied it with Advanced Duplicator. What to do is go back on to the build. Respawn it. Then copy it again and resave. This has happened to me numerous times and that's all I can recall working.
