I was thinking about the case further and I'd like to make a conclusive statement.
Diggy, if you check the logs on that day and you see that I did in fact become a protestor after losing my job, surely this eradicates the fail RP? I said I'd come back, and I did in the form of a protest, we put signs up in the Nexus, made requests and adverts for the president to come down and speak to the people of EvoCity.
If Fail RP is out of the equation we're still left with 1 rule breakage; fear RP. Now, even if I did actually break Fear RP there's literally no way I meant to, I had no clue that he even had the tazer up, I had literally no clue he even had it in his hand never mind up and in my mind, this rendered me NOT under Fear RP. Now, surely this is just down to honest mistake if I've broke Fear RP here, I haven't seen the tazer what so ever due to a bug in the Fearless content which I don't really see as my fault but I would still have taken a punishment because of that because although I didn't intend on breaking Fear RP, I probably did regardless of whether I could see it or not, however I still don't see how that's my fault?
Now, I've served 6 days on my ban and there's still another 20 days to go and even when I get back I'm walking on a tight rope, I think my ban has been 6 days too long already and I'm only just through a quarter of it which saddens me.
The final thing I want you to take into consideration Diggy is how hidden the tazer is, and y'know, I was focused on the president and barely looked at the SRU, even when we left the room he was behind me, not in front of me and he gave me no indication that the tazer was there. In the case you mentioned with Blurr, I knew there was a bug in the FL content, I had a tazer on him and said that I had a tazer on him, so he knew yet he still broke Fear RP willingly, this is where the case differs, I had NO CLUE that the tazer was pointed on me or even in the SRU's hand, I just thought I was being escorted out un armed which is why when the president made the remark "Don't come back". I ran to his window and said "Don't worry, we'll be back".
I'm genuinely sorry if I ruined that role-play on the top floor. I understand that it may have annoyed Makavelli or disrupted RP a little bit, because it's annoying when somebody breaks Fear RP, but you can't even see the damn tazer man, and that's what's frustrated me here.
I really really hope that you see some light on this case Diggy as I wouldn't be posting a UBR unless I felt the ban was unjust, I've only ever posted 2 UBR's excluding this. 1 of them was in my first 100 hours and I thought that breaking the rules and apologizing after would get me un-banned and the second one was in the past 2 weeks which got accepted, so I'm not some guy that protests against every ban on his record, I understand when I break rules however this time is different. Like I say Diggy, I really hope my point has got across to you and I thank you for taking your time to review this case in advance.
