my ban should have been longer than Hibbert's if you're putting it like that because clearly the video's show that I Fail RP'd more than anyone else there.

Hibbert's suspension is longer due to his previous ban history, not due to what he did, it was a somewhat minor offense but the fact that he held ten previous bans on his record is why I chose to extend it.

"I'm going to kill you president" is only fail RP. Would you kindly explain that please because that's what made my ban bigger too, the fact that it says major.

The 'Major' part has little to do with the amount of time your suspension is set to last for, as stated in the reply above, your suspension is long due to your previous record, not because of what you did.

I was given a 26 day ban for this which I quite simply thing is bloody absurd as I'm a player who consistently engages in role play in order to try emulate a nice environment within Fearless in which people feel welcomed, it's quite evident that I'm a player that's here to role-play and not to break rules, yet you insist on accepting this ban request when the tazers weren't visible (rendering me not under fear rp).

You were under FearRP, whether the tazer was visible as being held up or not is irrelevant, the rule still applies, you said it yourself in another player report of a similar vise, FearRP. Righto, so when Samzo said 'I will find you and I will kill you', not long after you say 'I will be back'. You are both FBI agents and I would assumed had similar agendas.
Thus it was easy to think that your intention of 'coming back' was in line with what Samzo intended to do, I find protesting somewhat hard to believe as in the heat of the
moment you all seemed well and ready to raid or make an attempt on the president's life.
