Watch the video Raptor. I didn't threaten the president, I said "Don't worry I'll be back". I only had protesting in my mind, I wasn't the person saying "I will kill you president". In my eyes somebody saying a threat like that would be major fail RP? Yet when all I said was I'll be back which is quite ambiguous sure but it was in relation to protesting I don't see how that was major fail RP and saying "I'm going to kill you president" is only fail RP. Would you kindly explain that please because that's what made my ban bigger too, the fact that it says major. And dude how am I meant to know that the tazer is even there? I had no clue it was there, I was so baffled when I got tazed because I hadn't even seen it for all of this event, Fearless bugs is what prevented me from abiding by Fear RP in this instance and then I'm banned? That's absurd, you even said it yourself "It's a client side issue". And how in any way was I running around acting like a kid? I was actually the only person that instigated the other 2 to actually leave the office get what I do is major fail RP, and what they do is just..fail rp? And even if the ban was valid, I 100% don't think this should be my last chance ban, I've had a history of Fear RP once, also I don't particularly plan on getting banned, I'm taking a big break from City RP to get my head straight so I can come back with a fresh identity and ensure that I don't break any rules, I know for a fact Raptor, that you of all people can empathize with that.
Overall, I just don't see how it was "Major" fail RP, I made an open threat which actually turned into coming back and protesting and we made several adverts advertising our protest and several requests which actually turned into a decent RP, running around his office like little kids? Raptor review the evidence, I didn't move once until I was instructed to leave the office and I followed the SRU, the only time I went against the SRU's orders was at first when he told us to leave and secondly after we'd already left the office and the president provoked a reaction out of us, when we were clearly heated, my arrest reason was valid and I think that was the only thing that should have happened, it wasn't a major fail rp or fear rp breakage what so ever if anything it was incredibly minor and should only be punishable by 5 minutes in prison. The tazer wasn't visible to me due to a bug in the Fearless content and I don't see why I should have been punished for this. Also Raptor, the thing is as soon as he said no we weren't F.B.I's we were just citizens with suits on, and as soon as we got out of prison we were just citizen protesters.
Oh and Radde, Fear RP doesn't state that me being cuffed and you being near me actually puts me under Fear RP. How am I meant to know this rule if it's not written down in the rules? Also I didn't feel under Fear a you were an SRU, a person who was actually going to be one of my co-workers, you hadn't pulled a weapon on me and you were being patient with me, what was I to be afraid of, the only thing I could have been afraid of was going to prison, which you did threaten once when we were in the office and we did leave after that.
I just think this ban lacks substance and if there is rule breakages they're very minor, something which maybe validates a 1 day suspension, not a 26 day suspension and a last chance ban. I got the same punishment as Lolipop, he went into the Nexus, raided the president for no reason and tried to RDM him all as a citizen, bare that in mind. Where as Samzo who actually broke Fail RP majorly only got a 1 day suspension and I MIGHT have broke it and if I had it's only minor yet I'm sat here with a 26 day ban and last chance, see what I mean?
