Summary: So i assume the server was being ddosed, and the president made a laugh of it by failrping as president, making laws as ''lag is forbidden'' and telling people to go cop and play tdm.

Quickswe was just asking us a reason for the fact we killed him, since he and his friends tried to randomly attack us, but he didn't ask it nice.

Seriously? we were just kidding, and we ended up not doing it, i got out of president, there was no point in roleplaying as the server was like that, there was major lag, ddos, and there was like 4 or 5 people in the server at the time. Well i took it kind of serious since you was a part of ruining my rp, you became cop, just like the others on the server except for my friend.
Lag is not a reason to ruin others their rping, and ''i did it just for fun'' is not a valid reason to go free for all as cops.

Lag or not, you are not allowed to broadcast messages like that, it is infact failrp.

Considering the fact you've just said in the court house that "We ended up not doing it" and I check the logs and see that you actaully did do it.

Your punishment is going to be issued. As well as a forum ban for lying in the court house, other players that were involved in the killing is also going to get punished.
