Lets say this, you get ca $10,000 in one hour if u have 5 pots. It is a good idea to collect more. You get $14,400 in one hour if u have full amount of contraband (costs $5,750 to buy). Collect some pots and have some contrabands in some hours and you will earn alot.

And you know what I did differently than the majority of those players on that list? I didn't even buy money packs to earn my money. I made my money doing things that I enjoyed!

The Steps To Success:


Step 1: Do something you enjoy

There is nothing worse than doing something that you do not actually enjoy. Sitting in a dark room with a set of Contraband is not for everybody. Finding a way to make money and have a good time as well has a big impact on not only making your experience more enjoyable but also motivating you to continue it.

Step 2: Be unique!

Whether you are making a store or creating an RP, think of something unique! Having a unique RP is going to bring in players who are curious and this often leads to increased revenue. 

Step 3: "Quid Pro Quo"


The Latin phrase Quid Pro Quo is referring to the exchange of goods or services. This is obviously one of the most important things in making money. It applies to most aspects of player to player interactions. In the majority of cases, offering goods/services for money is how you generally make the most money.


So after reading through, try and think of something that can apply to those three points. To give you an idea of some of the many ways that I earned my money, I'll list them out and give some details.

1. Investing in Used Cars & Reselling

Auto Investments was one of the ways I made my money when I was a newer player here. I've made a guide on tips revolving around the basics of how to make money this way, take a look.

It's simply buying cars from users who are eager to get cash and sell their car. Because of this, a significantly reduced price can most always be negotiated. Once you have the car, you just need to be patient and find a buyer that really wants the car and doesn't want to spend full market value. 

2. Marijuana Farming
 
Growing weed, though illegal under most circumstances, is a profitable venture if done correctly. You can only spawn down a maximum of 5 pots (Citizens cannot spawn down pots, so you have to be an underground job) but can purchase "Used Pots" off of other players. A simple exchange of giving money to a player for them to place their pots down is how you are ultimately going to increase your pot count and increase your revenue potential. Having 5 pots only gets you about $2500> every 20 minutes (Growing time). Let's say you invest in getting a total of 30 additional pots (Purchasing a set of pots from 6 users). Your profit would then be around $17,500 every 20 Minutes. The more pots you can get, the higher your profit. Investing in pots is usually costly, as most players prefer getting a fair price for giving up their pots. I usually spend $5000 for a set of pots, though you can probably negotiate it to be lower. 


3. Dupe Market

If you are a skilled builder, this is by far a very profitable market. Building things and then selling them to players can earn you tons of money! You build something, save it through your Advanced Duplicator tool and simply give temporary prop protection to the person that pays for the dupe. Simple as that! Build homes, stores, bases, etcetera. The average price of things that I built were priced from $25,000 to $400,000.

4. PoliceRP


Surprising as it is, being a Police Officer can be profitable! Instead of taking people immediately to jail, issue a big ticket! Running red lights, stop signs, reckless driving, illegal parking, etcetera are examples of things you can issue a ticket for. Issuing $500 tickets is profitable, especially with all the horrible FL drivers out there! If they don't pay the fine, they will pay the time. 

5. Fishing


Fishing is profitable as it is one of the main sources of food on FL. The average price of a fish is around $250 though can be sold for more or less. Fishing is, by itself, more profitable than Contraband and Weed, combined! If you want to maximize profits and allow others a chance to make money as well, there is a way. Invest in some fishing rods and tell new players that you are offering a way for them to make some money. Have them fish and offer a flat rate that you will buy their fish for, which should be lower than what you will sell it for. $100 is a low but reasonable price. 

6. Running A Casino


Finally, one of the most lucrative ways to make money. Running a casino can be extremely profitable, but also runs certain risks. Being the Casino owner, you have a chance at making large sums of money but also run the risk of losing it all. It's a dangerous road and requires initial capital to be able to pay people back if they win. I myself had a large stake in the Casino Ventures here in FL and have created two unique games, PowerCube and BallSmash. I've made over $12,000,000 from running Casinos. 

7. MechanicRP


One of the newest additions to the server has been the ability to do MechanicRP and physically change vehicle body groups and colors. If you set up a nice Mechanic Shop and send staff members a notice that you would like to have car mod access, you might be able to get it. If you do, this can be a fun RP and also a profitable one.

Wow, well seems i'll be busy.
the fun thing is i usually have a fishermans company with my friends and we made 17000 in 30 minutes so that was 8500 each. I also really enjoy fishing, its relaxing.

What i was thinking of doing was building a shooting range, get some pistols and sell ammo and for a fee they can legally practice shooting.
