Game cut-scenes with a poor use of cinematography? ($150k reward for help!)
#1
I'm writing a paper about the use of cinematography in cut-scenes and I'm trying to find examples of games where the techniques have been done poorly.
Currently I have one example of a cut-scene in Mass Effect 2 which violates the 180-degree rule and I'm looking for two more.

Eg.
  • Confusing, unnecessary cuts

  • Hyperactive camera work

  • Violations of basic rules of screen direction

  • Shots that don't effectively express story points

  • Indifference to lens choice

  • Inattention to continuity

Does anyone know of any more that I could possibly write about? It would be a huge help.

If I use your suggestion then I'll pay you $150,000 FL cash as a reward.

So, I'm going to write down what I would say(lord help us)

By looking at this video, I've carefully examined it and have seen multiple errors in their camera span, On this at the start I see multiple shots which seem to have a part where the camera is above the person and hardly shows the body itself. (All I can muster from Greed's video)

I've already been looking at that video, particularly the confusing camera cutting at 0:50, thanks though Smile
