Reason: Ok so this was a while back ago and I just realized I got punished again for the same reason. What happened was me and Fragment "raided" a base as citizens. After that Flashbang123DK reported us ingame and apparently on the forums too -__-. SO Burnett issued a blacklist to Fragment on weapon use for killing unarmed civilian and left me unpunished because the base we raided was in fact open, and Flashbang couldn't prove it otherwise. So when Fragment was issued the punishment, I thought this was already dealt with but apparently not.
Involved: Fragment , Flashbang , Mr Admin Burnett
Why we should unban you: Because this was already dealt with, and the ban request wasnt locked, and I had no idea it was posted in the first place.
