Summary: First rule which he broke is he baited the police by reporting his taxi car stolen while in it to get the polce to chase him, he did this a cuple of times but the previous times i just ignored it cuz i knew he wanted us to prsuit him but when i saw it for liek the third time i sed ill stop him and get his name and make a br. Summary: So as i was waiting for admin support xcelsior decided why not VDM the suspect/driver[Macwarswas] and me he killed Macwarswas but faild to kill me so i shot back in self defence and as he was driving away he died of my bullets. now i was waiting at his car for staff support.I was there for like 1-2 mins and i see the guard coming back and just taking his car away.a

excuse me?? when you said i went back to see if you saw me, that wrong, i camed back to see what happed in there. i was just pranking you and it was the first time ok? but the last times it was not a joke my car got stolen cause i left the car unlocked and rebels stole it and i did many requests but nobody camed. so dont say that i wanted you to persuit me last time.

No, you came back so that u get seen, cuz u drive pass us and then went back into the tunnel, so you saw everything and then u backup as we were going away.

It was not clear that [FL:RP]Macwarswas did attempt to bait police, and also he could have found his car after he made the /stolen report, however xcelsior on the other hand did infact break the rules by breaking new life rule and attempted to CDM.

Request reviewed and approved.

Closing notes:
Evidence was deemed sufficient, as accused player (NAME, ID) was found violating rules regarding the CDM and the NLR breaking of xcelsior.
Suspension will be applied for a blacklist from vehicles and new life rule.
