Cyborgs Goodbye. #PERMA

Since we're not allowed to reply to the UBR.

I'll dump this here in response to Sir.Crows statement on legalities on viewing and distribution of pornographic content.

"It is illegal to let minors view it. If you are the minor and watch it then you have not broken any laws but the source that permitted you to see it has broken the law."

This was from an Q&A I found on an official .go.uk website.

I am involved, but same Capy, fucking bullshit from the admins.

Seriously talking about legalities here?

Many "underage" people watch pornographic content on a regular basis. At the end of the day, CityRP contains quite mature content... I'll just leave it there since the rest is quite obvious.

aviator

Just to make a point to Crow with that one Wink
I mean, for f*ck sake. Gmod is a mod of HalfLife 2. Hl2 is a 17 rated game or M for mature. This means most people playing Gmod, my self included, and FL are breaking the law of distribution of games to minors or whatever.

Probably shouldn't have actually posted in the UBR but top late now. Thos is acting as a wakeup call to the injustice dealt, quite often here. And biased admins who break the same "rule" and can talk their way out of it.

Posted it on the ubr but decided to remove it for obvious reasons so I'll leave it here.

If sexualrp is allowed, which it is, then your point about pornhub being unsuitable for FL's audience is invalid. You and someone else, SirCrow, we're advertising too. You broke the rules, more than Cyborg. He didn't advertise. Posting a link, on it's own, as a joke, does not fit the definition of advertising. He deserves a blacklist or a warning because this is a ridiculous punishment that just shows how inconsistent fearless is with it's bans. People with permanent bans for double accounting can get unbanned "Because they've changed" yet the majority of them can't just because they didn't have tonnes of RPP when they were banned. Basically, what I'm getting at here is this is ridiculous and if he's getting permanently banned, you should too, SirCrow.
Before you warn me, warn all of the other non involved people on the first page too pls. k thx.

This ban is a bad joke.

SirCrow -
"Advertising within our servers and forums are not tolerated. Youtube with FL related content is allowed. Fearlessrp is obviously allowed because it is the community website."

"We had been discussion graphics cards. What kind of graphics cards we have, what we wanted, ect. I stated what graphics card I had planned on getting. No one was persuading the players online to buy this card, or that card. No links had been sent, ect. There are many different stores/online shopping websites you may buy products from."

How is this advertisement on the forums for League of Legends by an administrator not fit for punishment to be issued?

League of Legends is not related to FL in anyway and as it's a game, it's a product.

Here's another advertisement for humble bundle, again, no relation to FL
http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=36192

I'm sure that there's many, many more examples like this that aren't too difficult to find.

But you forget that they can get away with it. Without a permanent ban.
