This link shows the ban request where he said about me saying racist things about him, but as a lot of people posted on there to prove he is lying is that I don't have a mic and there is 3 maybe 4 people who all vouched for this. So therefore that is the most evidence I can get to show I don't have a mic and there is nothing more I can prove to show it.

Yes, I'm going to post evidence on behalf of Samzo.
So, maybe Samzo can't prove that he uses voice and not a mic, but I can.

I shot a video for a ban request at the start of this month which features Sam in it, not using his voice but IG text chat.

You call that "evidence", Charlie4kwl? Your "evidence" is nothing but a bunch of unrealted screenshots. I could easily type in game, take a screenshot and provide it as evidence.

So take a look at all of the screen shots please, it shows that I have not used a mic during any of these and that I use typing IC and OOC and LOOC. Also the dates for these are clearly different also because as you can see in the final two of them my name is Sam Covella where as in Charlie and my other ones my name is Joey Essex and last but not least I am not always in the same server on these. Surely that must be enough evidence or do you want more of me typing?

Like I said in my PM to you, I was 340 hours in the video, I'm not 370 hours so this was evidently taken a while back and I obviously didn't know this BR was going to be posted...I can't look into the future however I was scouting through my videos in my fraps folder and I found this video so I decided to take some screen captures of Samzo using in game typing, the BR is for lying in the court house, the guys claims were that Samzo used a mic to say what he said, the evidence I've provided is that he doesn't use in game voice chat, he frequently types.

"during any of these" - Exactly! You cannot proof your average in-game behavior. 

Without any real proof as for instance a video, DentedCrow might be right or wrong.
