To whoever this concerns, primarily the USCM,

I've been notified of very immature and undisciplined action regarding your soldiers in the conduct of operations. I do not think this should ruin any diplomacy but I will however state the following..

It seems to me that your armed population does not know how it is to even be a REAL soldier. I've personally seen your "USCM" in combat and I must say their bark is worse than their bite. I however do respect that you at least try to provide order and stability. 

The following situation in which your soldiers stepped out of line is rather amateur. Your men lack discipline and order, they prance around with weapons and believe themselves our equal. I've stated during our meeting upon contact to Mr. Heafy, you do seem like a very successful corporation. That is true, but I shall leave it at the corporation, because anything attached to it, such as the USCM I must say is nothing more but a roach. 

If you wish to earn the respect of the Helghast, control your soldiers. Prove to us you have what it takes to even provide military order. If the organ fails, cut it out. Do not nurse it and hope it will get better, that is weak. The Helghast do not have time nor patience to dally with such situations.

In reply to this, I have the conversation me and the USCM Commander had, and it isn't looking the best. The commander admitted that some of his men are none of importance to him. The conversation was recorded.

The Weyland-Yutani Coropration would like to clear up anything that may be pondering in your minds. On behalf of the entire Weyland-Yutani Corporation apologizes for any discomfort caused by the comments made by Weyland-Yutani's USCM Commander Winston Smith. Commander Winston Smith has been verbally warned by Myself, the Superintendent of the Military Police and the Chief Executive of Weyland-Yutani Corporation. All matters have been dealt with via the interviews and the decision of a verbal warning was deemed the best punishment for the Commander. The Weyland-Yutani Corporation would also like to address the Helghast Third Army's concerns over the USCM department. In a statement by Commander Winston Smith he states: "The USCM are a highly trained specialist department that work alongside the Military Police very efficiently. They are trained on a regular basis and use the best weapons available to them." We hope that our relationship with the Helghast Third Army and allies will recover and we can be at a Neutral if not better status. We do honestly believe that the Helghast Third Army would be benefited greatly by us as a neutral company and falling out on this, what was, a great relationship upon something that was so small. Once again The Weyland-Yutani Corporation apologizes for any inconvenience caused to anyone by what the Commander said and we can ensure that he was punished.

Weyland - Yutani,

In reply to your official statement, I am in no way or form promoting aggression upon your corporation I think you misunderstood my statement. It was not to deteriorate our diplomacy. I was simply criticizing your military forms. I still do criticize it.

Overall, I am not, nor is Helghan offended by your "commander's atittude". However I will say that your "Highly trained" combatants and security forces should probably receive "special training" from someone else that does not lack.. Disciplined qualities. You call yourselves elite yet you do not even embrace what it is to be a true warrior. 

I wish you the best of luck, and also good fortune with your hopefully new training exercises.
