Dear Mr. Walshie, Cmdr. Winston Smith and Pvt. First Class Aaron Harris,
After discussion with the Head of Public Relations, myself and Ms. Drewe both agreed that this was indeed a matter for the Public Relations team. The investigation has officially been reopened into the conduct of Cmdr. Winston Smith of the USCM and Pvt. First Class Aaron Harris of the USCM earlier on today. We take all complaints seriously and this will be followed by a thorough investigation by the Public Relations team alongside the Board of Executives. I would also like to remind Cmdr. Winston Smith that the Public Relations team's jobs are to do these sorts of announcements. If you were a witness in this case, please call my mobile on +4407215311561 (Forum PM or Steam). We will be taking witness statements from all involved.
