How could you benefit our corporation: I grew up in Chernaya Polana, a small village in the north of the Czech Republic. From a small age, I was competent with guns. The local soldiers use to give me their firearms, set up targets, and see how well I'd do. I never missed a shot. One day, the soldiers didn't pass through my village. I'd learned they'd been killed in a skirmish. They'd left me one thing - a .22 Sporter hunting rifle. I was told by a relative of one of the deceased, when I'd grown old enough, they'd been planning on taking me hunting. Depending on my success, I'd be drafted into the Sniper's Division of the Czech Army. It never happened.
I rarely saw my father. I knew he was involved in some sort of security corporation, but never thought much of it. I lived with my mother and sister. At the age of 19, I decided to move to EvoCity and work as a police-man. I served for 6 years, and eventually left the department with an outstanding record of conduct.
At 25, I married my wife. Eager to settle down, I applied to MEGA Corporation, and to my surprise, they accepted. I worked at MEGA for two years, before growing weary of the lack of excitement.
I was unemployed for about two months when my wife and three year old son, Pasha, were killed in a car crash. This changed me. I became increasingly violent, my only solace being in reading books bought from the local store. Books about anything. On my 28th birthday, I got a call. My father had been killed in mysterious circumstances, and his corporation, The Black Hand, had been closed. With no other options, I re-opened the corporation only two days after it was closed down, and employed a friend I'd made in the EC : PD, Garry Wong, head of a certain sector we specialised in. On my 32nd birthday, I handed control to Garry, who promptly left the corporation too, and the faction closed down once and for all. I now run a book store myself opposite the Flea Market. This is not, however, what I was born to do, and I am now looking for a corporation that will accept me as some from of guard. I believe Weyland-Yutani is this corporation.

Are you an innovative thinker: Yes. During my time at MEGA, I was exposed to many situations that improved myself. My speciality is shooting. I'm not good at creating or DIY, but I can think tactically in situations where keeping your cool is your only option.
