Dear Employees,

Tonight I will be talking with R&D Management to discuss what we can do to ensure a bright and profitable future for Weyland-Yutani. Anything he knows you guys should know, this is what I am going to cover.

• Storefronts - Weyland-Yutani are currently very focused on operating from within the safety of our own walls, and for obvious reasons. However, we aren't actually selling any products and are therefore not making a profit. This needs to be rectified immediately, I will be hiring more employees to manage these stores along with the R&D Employees themselves.
  
• Pharmaceuticals - I recently hired an employee who has a PhD in Biology & Chemistry, meaning we can now develop medicines and vaccines for the population. 
  
• Robotics & Housing - Research & Development bring our ideas to life, things like Robotics have come leaps and bounds since we first started work. I will be splitting the R&D Department into sub-sections, those who specialise in certain areas will be put into the matching sub-section.

Dear Employees,

As you all know our latest experiment Codenamed 1XA was a disaster, our subject almost escaped and that would've caused a massive issue. We will be creating our own internal political party, and running for government. Candidates for party members will be hand picked, you will be working closely with our public relations officers to produce a campaign that will win the majority vote. This is a first for Weyland-Yutani as a corporation, as politics usually aren't worth our time.

If we win the general election, we will begin experimenting on a city-wide scale. Perfecting 1XA and ironing out any impurities.

Miss Drewe will be able to brief you more on this once we have a plan laid out as to how we're going to flawlessly execute this. Watch this space for more updates.

Clans are currently broken in-game, I checked the roster that I assume connects to the FL DB and it looks like we're all still there so when it's fixed, we'll all get our clans & ranks back.

Nobody was kicked out, and it's not just you with a missing clan.

Dear Employees,

There has been a change to your employment contract.

Section 4B of your employment contract now states that, we hold the right to detain any employee who has resigned/plans on resigning should they have a large collection of knowledge on our corporation. This information can never leave the facility, and would cause us issues in the future should it ever be released. Photos are only to be taken for research purposes, and never shown to the public.

Any research, hardware or software created is to remain locked down tight in our R&D wing. Failure to do this, will result in a suspension.

OOC: Had this idea last night, any employees of an evil corporation are usually killed. (Because they're the bad guys right.) All employees of Weyland-Yutani have a lot of IC knowledge that could otherwise destroy the corporation should they decide to go to the law, therefore we're going to ICly hunt them down and kill them. I think the idea of characters living in constant fear enhances roleplay, and adds to their character backstory should they choose to remain playing as that character.


TL;DR - In my opinion ICly hunting ex-employees because they 'Know too much' is a way better send off than a quick forum post.
