Dear Employees,

At some point today I will be arranging a meeting with our company founder at our office complex, everyone should attend if not please let me know and I'll send you a memo after the meeting has been completed. We will be discussing the following things, as they need addressing.

• Current Internal Affairs (Suspensions)
  
• Weyland-Yutani Official Forms of Transport & Weaponry
  
• Soldier Etiquette
  
• Department Authority
  
• Progress on the WYSP
  
• Project Xeno Review
  
• Anything brought up by members of the board.
  

As I am currently away on a business trip, Mr. Weyland himself will be conducting the meeting as I'm sure he will lay down the law with you more than I ever would. He is to be picked up and transported safely to the complex from Evocity International Airport, failure will result in permanent reassignment, from the meeting he is to be escorted to his Hotel Penthouse where two bodyguards will remain with him until his flight.

I should be back from my business trip shortly after the meeting has finished, though Mr. Weyland has already covered the points he wished to cover with me personally.
