Then later i was walking around and he crashed into me and accused me for randome warrant even tho it was not random atall.

First of all, I didn't CDM You at all.And Speeding off, Well you said move it while it wasn't being used. So I left.Warrant, You warranted me for speeding, I pulled over and there was no law of speeding and why? There was no president. I was on Right side of road.
