Summary:
I was chasing Mika_Bomb through the city until his car hit a stoplight and totalled. I left my car where what looked like UK Ryan20006969 had stepped on the body, killing the victim. Me and another user warned him about stepping on other bodies when injured. At this point, I started recording. He then punched another user, at this point I tazed him. After the other officer released him and woke him up, he proceeded to run in order to evade us. I told him that it was FearRP, however, he ignored me and kept running. Several warnings were given.
The other officer, Counter Pro, decided it was a good idea to shoot him for not following his orders. I tried to stop him and explain that his actions were in breach of the rules, however he ignored me and ran into the nexus.
