[b]Summary[/b]: So i Just Joined the server and spawned to have a large prop smashed in my face and died.
then when i respawn i see a player in violation of rule: tools/props;1 + 2 + 4. so i immediately get out my Samsung SMART CAMERA NX30 and begin to snap away.
