Summary: I was being pulled over by an police officer for driving trough a red light when another cop (kikko) came and took my car. After that he started shooting the officer that pulled me over in the first place. After being killed he instantly returned to our location and tried to RDM the officer again, therefore breaking NLR.

(sorry for the lack of audio, i forgot to implement that. I can add that but if its not needed i would prefer keeping it this way because it takes render time. )
PS: The video goes black for 1 second, this is because i stopped recording after Kikko was killed, when i noticed he returned to try and murder us again i started recording again.
