Summary: I saw him shoot the SRU sergeant (Caree) to death (Caree was AFK) Then when I confronted him he tazed me, cuffed me, and as I was talking continuously tazed me to avoid me talking or giving my defence. He then asked for a warrant for 'Killing the SRU Sarg'.

Rules I believe he broke:

FailRP (Tazing someone to avoid them giving their defence statements
Random Arrest (He knows I never did the crime, he did...)
Teamkilling (Obviously shooting the SRU sergeant)

Evidence:
The logs show all of this, it also shows a rebel who jumped on my tazed bdy and punched me, but I have only logs for that. So I havnt made a BR on him. However the logs show the Police Sergeant shooting the SRU. Taze me, cuff me and ask for warrant. The continue tazing me until he was demoted/left his job.
