Negative, Physgun is an OOC object which makes your comparison invalid as killing people is IC (with a reason obviously) Building with physgun is OOC related and using guns is IC related (if not abused, which is a violation of the rules if you abuse it). I do not believe you have written our conducts and our duty is to yes, protect the server from the people you call minges, but also to improve the RP and such. You do not get to sign up for moderator, you are chosen, and that for a very good reason. They obviously had good intent so why make this as it would be something negative? Why do you strive to make a, honestly, good thing to a bad thing? I don't see any abuse in a form where he destroyed, insulted or tried to ruin anyone experience (from the current evidence).
Most admins tends to set up an RP (build) whilst responding to calls, thus instead of just being on build server and just building you can take calls AND build on the main server, which is better for you and only you.
