Have you tried disabling all of your addons?

Try "validating steam files" when you look at the game on steam! just simply: Steam > Library > Right click on Gmod > Then 'Validate Steam Files'. This should put all the files in the correct place. I know this isn't directly linked to the addons, but it's worth a try. Report back here, then we can look at other options if this doesn't work.
Note: Also make sure you've extracted all the addons, that could explain why you're having this problem.

You do have CSS, HL2, HL2 EP1 & HL2 EP2, installed right?

I do have CSS,HL1,HL2 materials, but still the skins are messed up

I do have TDMVolkwagon, I have all of the tdms, but is that causing the problems?
I will try disabling that addon and seeing if that works And also for do I fix the supra skin? I really want to see how the supra really looks. crime bud
