Summary: Basically, we were told by the president to make sure there was nothing going on at rebel street as people said there was shooting going on, when we got there, Harry (my friend) needed to fish, when he went to fish bambiman tried to charge him to fish, we just ignored him and walked past but it turned out he had already charged lots of people to fish
