I was there and this guy was a major annoyance, before this he was failing RP in a raid on the nexus and refused to follow orders after being tranqued, roped and warning shots fired at him. Just a general minge really.

He will blacklisted from ooc, however the prop abusing does not show WHO did it as it doesn't show the prop's owner.
