Awesome update! But I do have one query, are their hour-limits on custom ones and isn't 5k a little... low?

Flood if that update is what i think it is you can see me back on the servers as a stock broker constantly and everywhere.

License plates will be changable each 30 minutes (storing your car in the garage or rejoining will not reset this time). I agree on the fact that they have to cost quite alot of money, not up to me to decide that though.
